Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Requirements

  • 4 years of work experience in startups, software, tech, financial or technologies, with at least 2 years in technical product management/development
  • Experience working with different teams and business stakeholders in the capacity of product manager
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Quick learner
  • Very comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Collaborative, growth mindset
  • Ability to quickly identify and diagnose problems
  • Creative, analytical and strategic in your approach to finding and implementing solutions
  • Research and analytical skills to assess opportunities and risks
  • Knowledge of UX/UI, banking, investment and financial markets preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Organise, plan and execute the product development process
  • Identify and manage opportunities to build out product functions, and champion new, creative solutions
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap together with senior management
  • Optimise and perfect user journeys
  • Work closely with design, engineering, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure smooth execution of product development
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Act as a leader within the company
